Returns + Exchanges

 

WESTxEAST will only accept returns for store credit. Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full store credit, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned for store credit after 21 days from the receipt of original order. The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned with all WESTxEAST tags still attached.

 

To process a return, please e-mail info@westxeast.com. A return label will be sent to you. You should mail your product to: 70 Wyckoff Ave., #3M, Brooklyn NY United States 11237. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

 

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed within a week. The store credit will expire within one year of the date of the original purchase.
